Memphis Sports and Events Center (MSEC) is located at 995 Early Maxwell Boulevard, Memphis, TN 38104. The facility sits within Liberty Park and is directly across from the MidSouth Coliseum. Accessible entrances include those via Southern Avenue, Central Avenue, and Young Avenue.

Parking for events at Memphis Sports and Events Center is available in the red highlighted areas of the below map. Locations are subject to change if an event is being held at Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium or on Liberty Park grounds.
These parking areas can be accessed at the intersection of Young Ave and East Parkway (Access 10 on the map) or Early Maxwell and Southern (Access 11 on the map)
These areas are patrolled by Liberty Park security staff during event hours. Parking outside of these areas may or may not be visible to Liberty Park security staff.

For events that require paid parking:
Daily parking passes are $10 + applicable fees. This applies to pre-paid and day of event parking.
Pre-paid parking passes can be purchased at the link below – events are added on a monthly basis. If you do not see your event, please check back closer to your event date. Pre-paid parking passes are delivered via email address provided.

Pre-paid parking passes will reduce wait times upon arrival to your event. Please have the parking email displayed on your smart phone to be scanned by parking staff prior to your arrival at the lot.
If you do not have a pre-paid parking pass, they can be purchased upon arrival at both access points with credit/debit being the primary method of payment.

Exterior overwatch is facilitated by Liberty Park in collaboration with local security services and police precincts. Campus safety measures include restricted access points, vehicular patrol, enhanced lighting, and the like.

Outside food and beverage are not permitted at MSEC. (Competing athletes may bring one water bottle or sports drink.) Instead, the facility features a courtside cafe with a wide selection of fan favorites (i.e., burgers, chicken fingers, fries, etc.), healthy options (i.e., salads, wraps, protein drinks, etc.), snacks (i.e., popcorn, pretzels, candy, frozen treats), beverages (i.e., sodas, sports drinks, juices, energy drinks, coffees, etc.) and more. If in search of a lost item, email business@themsec.com with details (such as item description and last known location) for assistance. Items found may be picked up at the Front Desk during operating hours or by appointment. Items found and requested for return by mail will incur a shipping charge. Items found but unclaimed will be donated to charity after a certain number of days. MSEC is not responsible for items lost at the facility.

All visitors shall conduct themselves in an appropriate manner. Those actively engaged in sporting activities (whether playing, coaching, officiating or spectating) shall illustrate good sportsmanship at all times. Foul and inappropriate language are prohibited.
Balls shall not be kicked, thrown or hit against building walls (interior or exterior) unless within the confines of a scheduled game or practice. Damage caused by such actions shall be the financial responsibility of the individual or their parent/guardian.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Animals, with the exception or service animals, are prohibited.
Food and drink are not permitted on the courts. Chewing gum and sunflower seeds are prohibited throughout the facility.
No outside food and beverage.
Alcohol may only be consumed by those 21+ and as purchased via MSEC concessions. No other alcohol consumption is permitted.
Tobacco usage (including vapes and e-cigs) is prohibited.
MSEC is a drug-fee environment. Drugs are not permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guns and other weapons are prohibited inside MSEC as authorized by T.C.A. Section 39-17-1359. Facility staff reserves the right to metal detect and/or inspect all bags upon entry.
All individuals visiting MSEC do so at their own risk. The property owners, operators, officers and staff assume no liability for injuries of accidents which may occur. Registration waivers must be submitted prior to the start of participation in any activities.
MSEC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed disruptive, abusive and/or in violation of facility rules and procedures whether listed herein or not.
