As termed in your rental agreement, and supplemental to the MSEC User Guide, below is a summary of services provided exclusively by Memphis Sports and Events Center. Each is designed to maximize convenience while ensuring the highest quality of service for both you and your customers.
Ticketing
Memphis Sports and Events Center is the sole provider of the venue’s box office services. Sales are transacted at whatever prices you determine (plus applicable taxes and fees) and you’ll receive 100% of Net Proceeds within 30 days of the event’s conclusion. (A formal report shall coincide.) As your event nears, simply contact me to set up your presale link and onsite sales.

Catering
Oak View Group, or “OVG” for short, is the venue’s sole provider of food & beverage services. From boxed lunches, familiar favorites and concession vouchers to elevated options served within our VIP Suites, Sara can help you meet mostly any need, for any pallet and for any occasion.

Lodging

Live Stream
We’ve partnered with BallerTV for exhaustive live & replay coverage of your live sporting events. We cover the full spectrum - single game events all the way up to events with hundreds of games running simultaneously. Parking
Parking fees will be collected by Owner for the Event. Event staff will not be charged for parking, provided a written list of staff is provided to Owner one week prior to the Event.

NINJA 901 Warrior & Clip N’ Climb Course
Located on site at Memphis Sports & Events Center is our very own NINJA Warrior & Clip n’ Climb Course. Both courses are open to attendees during regular business hours. For a more private experience, you can also reserve a private rental for your event.
